Have regular dental check-ups and have your teeth scaled. Cut down on drinks that can stain your teeth (coffee, fizzy drinks, red wine). But drink more dairy products with live cultures!
Good oral health education can’t start early enough, so make sure your children have their dental check-ups early enough.
