In order to perform Fast & Fixed treatment, it is essential to be in generally good health and to have adequate bone thickness, height and hardness at the surgical site. That is why a thorough and precise dental status assessment is a prerequisite for the solution. At the first consultation, we will discuss the general issues and realize a CBCT to plan the procedure. The CBCT will be used to digitally plan the entire procedure, which will be presented at the second consultation. The treatment plan will include the steps of the process and the costs to be paid for each step. The long-term temporary full bridge will unify the 4-6 implants, helping not only as far as aesthetics is regarded, but also as far as function is regarded. After the healing period, usually after 6 months, we will prepare the permanent denture. This is necessary because the gingival contour changes a lot during these few months, and the permanent full bridge is adjusted to this status to ensure that the aesthetics are perfect and complete again.
